Kelsey Griffith holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles. Raised within a strict evangelical community, Kelsey experienced firsthand the weight of “good girl” narratives often imposed by high-control religious groups. Her own journey of deconstruction and healing—recognizing that this life is not a dress rehearsal, but a reality to be lived fully now—fueled a deep passion for helping others reclaim their autonomy.
Working with Religious Trauma Syndrome (RTS), Kelsey focuses her psychotherapy practice on supporting women, the LGBTQ+ community, and adolescents as they navigate the complexities of identity. She is an active member of the Journey Free community, where she finds immense joy in leading recovery groups, believing that we heal best when we are witnessed by others who truly understand. When she isn’t companioning clients, Kelsey can be found taking long walks, connecting with friends, or snuggling with her cats.
